Inner grammar nerd versus the SEC

Filing a Form D online. The form is asking me for "Issuer's Identified in the Filing."

REALLY, SEC?

  1. Nice. For some real fun, try working with state court-published forms--the typos and lack of clarity can be maddening.

  3. I know. But this is the SEC! (I'm guessing this was a temporary typo in their web app and will be fixed soon -- I didn't notice it last time I was in there a week or two ago.)
