(Well, it will be cold after I come back from the Bahamas.)
Don't make me go! I'll do winter term. I'll write papers and give tours! Just give me more time. Time to spend my days reading and learning and hanging out with my kid and meeting friends for coffee and not getting dressed until 10 a.m. and being done at 4... time to dream about what my future might be like without actually having to deal with it... and the all-important time off from all that stress, a week or two here and there.
Really? You will? Sure, I could use an LLM!
Wait -- you're going to charge me $40,000 a year?
Never mind.
All done with law school, on the extended plan. It's been a great three and a half years.
Off to the beach.
P.S. - I was so excited when I handed in my last paper that I had to tell the nearest person, who was K.

An end of an era... I am both excited and sad that my last semester is coming up.
