Any other questions?
I planned to have a big announcement here when I got the ultrasound picture. But I've been writing more and more about the pregnancy, and law school is starting, so I imagine my two blogging topics will intersect soon. Besides, I need advice!
The pregnancy posts are labeled [PD], for Pregnancy Diary, so skip those if you don't care. I've been writing them since the beginning of the summer and saving as drafts; they're all published now, so my summer posting has suddenly tripled.
Last spring, I was out with some section people and heard my name mentioned on the other side of the table. "We were talking about who in our section would be the next to get engaged, or get married," she explained apologetically, "and we said you'd probably the next to get pregnant." A sound prediction, given that I was one of two married women in my section and the other is a national spokesperson for a "childfree" organization. And it came true: if all goes well, in six months we will no longer be childfree.
